No more lying to the customer

I have reached my limit , now when customers ask why customer service is so hard to get ahold of ,or why they haven’t had service for a week , I tell them the truth . I tell them they are talking to reps in the third world , and their service is so bad because this company subs out most of its work . When they tell me they pay for a service call and the issue is not fixed , I tell them that the company only gives us a certain amount of time in each house and we can not go over no matter what , when they tell me that they have school or run a business and the need uninterrupted service I ask if they have a more reliable service available then maybe they should do what’s best for them . I refuse to lie for this company , and believe me we are loosing a lot of long term customers

Please let this company shoot itself in the foot, why complain, let them keep using outside contractors, it just creates job security for techs that where trained properly. This incompetent owners run this company into the ground. Never seen customers hate a company with passion. Personally this company has stripped everything to the bare bone, and now there breaking bones makes no kind of sense, they don't have any reason to keep doing what there doing, all the highest people that were making from Dolan round table payroll and all the way to customer service has been cut by at least 75%. People that where making 6 figures are no longer around in management they replaced 10 depot sups to 2, multiple 6 figure management to 1 per region and that person is lucky if he broke a hundred thousand, they've replaced sups with techs that are making $30 an hour in Nyma. What a joke, now they're reputation is showing and the customers are fed up and trying to petition for anew provider, lousy service complaints from up top cause of course ish flows downhill. Then they point fingers at field techs and plant tech. What do u expect from a company that was the best in customer service and service provider to be s— dry from foreigners that only care about investors. Smh

I always tell them my name is Dexter goei and I fart on my way out of the house. I also cut a nice slit in the drop if a customer is being an a–hole. I really don't give a f— about any of the anymore

Lying to customers is fun. I remember right before they laid me off a customer was desperate to know if the neighborhood was fixed . Been ongoing for months. Yup just fixed it .

Same here, I tell the customers the truth because they are people and not a number. Honesty is always the best policy, and you will never find that policy in the Altice system.

The FCC should have never allowed a foreign company to buy American Broadband(Cablevision/ Suddenlink). This foreign company has literally destroyed American communications (Cablevision/ Suddenlink) and the FCC is ok with it.

The first rule in war is to destroy enemy communications; we are just the first victims.

Does the U.S. broadband own any foreign broadband companies...Nope!

Then why us?

Time to start asking our government why; others have already started.

I tell customers what they are doing is illegal.Charging customers for a service call , when the plant is screwed. Only a matter of time . You can only payoff the FCC for so long.

I should have been fired years ago for what I used to tell customers....customers will appreciate your honesty. Especially considering when they DO get through on the phone, the rep has no clue wtf they are talking about

U just started doing that? I’ve been doing that for months. Throw the company under the bus the 1st chance I get. They don’t care about us then I don’t care for them. Just make sure my check is right.
