Layoffs at Pratt today, is Collins done?

Hearing of the slashing going on today and this week at Pratt.
Is Collins still cutting people?

Parent company Raytheon already announced in August and September 15,000 layoffs across all businesses: expect a lot more!

Collins is not actively laying off. That said, the future is still uncertain. As of now, the leaders are hoping for high attrition over the next quarter with no backfills. With merit for next year still questionable and more furloughs almost certain for next year, I’d put money on higher attrition around the holidays and Q1 2021. If attrition is slower than expected, I’d expect another round of layoffs in Nov or Dec.
