Anyone heard about upcoming layoffs ? While I havent heard of any details but I suspect strongly that there will be some in Oct or early November. If you have any information please post here

Bonuses, pay increases etc aren't a sign of job security. They will lay off all the time. F5 is known as a layoff machine.
They just gave everyone a 1% bonus to make up for the "no merit increase for FY20", so I doubt they are going to turn around and lay people off a month later. That would look pretty messed up.

I also heard no layoffs FY 20 which ended in September. They can always try and lay people based on performance rather than layoffs. A common tactic.
The commitment was no layoffs in FY '20, which ended Sept. 30th.
They promised no layoffs in 2020 at the start of lockdown. I don't think they will backtrack that.
F5 lays off employees consistently and aggressively. Look at their track record.
