Guess with having to pay out all of the winning together and the heres 300 dollars forget about the salary managers additional two weeks of vacation, its time to slash hours and make that money back.

Lowe’s hires ASM’s that don’t know what they are doing instead of learning the system they will had the work over to an hourly associate , they come in late and leave early because no one will question them. They fire the people with great work ethic but keep the lazy ones , they don’t care about the customers they don’t care about their employees!

Smoke and mirrors some weeks I get 5 days different start times and some days I get 4 days different start times. But the store is open the same amount of hours. The department has stacked 6 more people than needed this week alone. Time to look for another company

38 hours a week for a F/T position is BS!

They gave us bonuses with one hand, now they take the money back with the other hand. Not Right!!!

To 4siv+17rS3Fe8, I Totally Agree, quite often I’m alone covering 3 departments and I take the time to help the customer in front of me and if they start queuing up, SO BE IT. I notice customers lined up at OSLG 1 cashier line and it’s OH WELL! I work REALLY hard but it’s Not my fault and can’t compensate for the id–tic things the SM does to ensure we are short staffed and no one want to apply.
Would love to see how low sales would be if Covid hadn’t happened.

It's been steady still at my location and hasn't slowed down at all. Still doing $200k+ daily and they're wanting to cut back hours drastically, leaving one associate covering two departments and one cashier on self checkout and one on a register for the entire day

The point this year is we are short staff already far less people than the demand say we should have this is not normal staffing levels this is cut for profit sake and screw the customer and employees who still work at this sh– show
