Layoffs are coming - but that's sadly the only thing we know so far. I wish we had more transparent leadership that would let us know what's going on but since that's not happening any time soon, is there anybody here who knows more about coming layoffs? Any info would be appreciated.

People fear what they don’t understand. Yes, it’s fair to look at past regimes and use that information to form an opinion. Ralph has been clear in his statements and we all have to agree that we were top heavy. This company continues to make money, but needs to be right-set. Naturally that means understanding what needs pruned and what needs realigned.
We’ve been so fortunate comparative to other companies; we’ve been siloed in our thinking.
It’s time that the SLT has looked inward and truly thought through what’s necessary and what’s a “nice to have”
Generating revenue by making smart business decisions...signing the appropriate clients, placing associates in the correct places, and cutting where we’re wasting is the only way we’ll survive. Is this different from any other successful company? I think not.
Let’s stop fear-mongering about what we don’t know and move forward understanding what we do.
I guess you have not had to use the tech support lately cannot understand them and they do not really understand the system or you. Taking much more time to get issues taken care of which is money being spent for both the person trying to get the situation fixed and the low cost person they are paying to outsource. Just a mess need to change banking laws. Need regulations regarding sending peoples private information oversees. Banks should have to pay more taxes to outsource also.
Where on earth did you get this information? Yes jobs were sent overseas to remain competitive. Supervisors were laid off because we are top heavy. Does anyone miss them? No. Get a grip because all your doing is creating fear.
This person is probably one of the ones who WAS told the job is on the chopping block. Different groups had different-sounding meetings.
What makes you say layoffs are coming? Ralph literally just told people in a meeting that no one was losing their job.
