Marv and Joe are cutting hours for the rest of the fiscal year to get back ALL OF THE BONUS MONEY THEY PAID OUT!!!

Put on a smiley face? Those "hard charging" executives are having a hell of a time paying their lot rent. And if you truly cared about your "superiors" you would donate at least 10% of your pay towards their lot rent. These folks are just one paycheck from being homeless.
The MARVELOUS ONE and Chief Little Hands have to be sure they pay the new diversity hires. Corporate needs to ensure store level employees are being properly made of aware of THEIR internal biases. All intended to justify their support and advocacy for so called "peaceful protests".
Why truly support the Store level employees who are the lifeblood of the company when you can support rioters in the name of justice.

yes, we got the covid relief on the 16th. the store called me on the 19th and cut my hours. way more than 20% our Lowes. one co-worker got two 4 hour days in one week. i'm getting 2 days work and 5 days off. then you look at the hours and people are cut back to 4 hour shifts. one co-worker got five 5 hour days. they hired a full time person and he's always calling out or needing time off. he's the only one getting decent hours. idk what to think. my store is hiring. online pickers have not had hours cut but they are full time with health insurance. i understand they cannot be cut. my store was empty last night. that was a sunday night. we got no warning, no explanation. probably time to move on. they're not the store i thought they were. please talk to us. we are all in this together. NOT

They've been purging high-wage hourly employees ever since the 2017 restructure. I'm convinced that they don't want any hourly making over $20.00/hr, and if you are still one around that does, I'd watch your back and have an exit plan/strategy if you're not willing or qualified to move into management.
If Associates/DS’s are having 1 day/week cut that’s a 20% PAY reduction (assuming 8hr day & 40hr week). So record profits and stock prices and low level employees are asked to take a 20% PAYCUT!!
Are the Corporate employees getting 20% paycut?
This has to be communicated to news outlets, Wall Street, and investors.

I’m a islg DS and at my store all Supervisors have been cut down one day a week. 32 hours is what we will get, we where told “if you really really need a paycheck for 40 hours” you can email the SSA and select vacation or holiday pay
Remember when Marvin was slashing and cutting staff and promised to give you advanced warning that your job was going to be cut? Then he fired the FSAs and assemblers on short notice.
Marvin says one thing and does the other; get those resumes ready!
Questioned the shortness of staff in the department and was told these are cost cutting measures, This was followed up by the statement that as a full-time sales associate there would be no cuts. By days' end I was told I would have one less shift this week. I was okay with this until I checked next weeks' schedule and they drastically cut the schedule. Looks like a back handed slap to any sane person who gave her blood and tears during the height of the pandemic.
Overnight DS here. Was told when I was leaving today that I need to come in 2 hours later tonight and leave 2 hours earlier...
If I worked my shift as was scheduled, I would have 39.78 hours. Instead I'm cut to 36 hours.
I came in last night to being asked to help with a code 3 at customer service, since they cut one person out entirely and sent another home 2 hours into her shift (5 hours). Same time its just a head cashier running the register because they called cashiers and told them not to come in.

We’re still in a Pandemic and they’re cutting our hours. They got the positive publicity for the bonuses. It’s time they get the negative publicity for cutting people’s paychecks.

It seems like that’s what’s happening. It used to be company policy stated full time associates were guaranteed 39 hours per week. But Marvin and Joe change the policy to suit their wallet!
