The way JC works, he may give the role to his very outdated admin.

I hear DS from NBL is available to run another company into the ground. Maybe he, KF, and BS can come over and get APA bought by a major!

Names are not allowed on the layoff. If names are used the entire thread will be deleted and our thoughts will be silenced.

Can you commenter please stop using "FT" & "TC" (abbreviated names) If you have courage to comment, have guts to say the full name of the persons you are referring to. In the words of our next president, "Common Now"

TC should be in charge?

Really? The TC who routinely committed felonies by opening other people’s mail? The TC who aided perjury and other criminal activity in an effort to keep JC happy in the Permian? The TC who relies on nepotism to get and stay in place? The TC who thinks that he is always the smartest guy in the room and wants everyone else to know it?

Yeah, sure, let’s put TC in charge. Going from one bloviating over-confident executive to another sounds like forward progress to me.

This is the continued purging of the "Old Apache" employees and management thought process. You know this is beginning to look like a kid that isn't able to control his parents and is throwing a temper tantrum. JC is purging all Old Apache employees or anyone that knew anything about how he messed up the Permian Basin and was drilling wells that the Permian never should have drilled. JC now has surrounded himself with either people from his Wedding Party, he went to college with, or were a part of the BP/Arco clan. This group is not about creating value is about moving the Wedding party to the dance and enjoying the party until someone buys them out or they run out of money on their scheduling and processes! Dance the Dance boys cause the music will end soon!

Looking back over the past few years and at all of the moves, restructures (public and non-public ones), and personnel decisions, it certainly seems like JC is determined not to have anyone intelligent, trustworthy, or who cares about the employees of the company around.

Looking back, wish I had left when they moved FT and put that wEasley weasel in charge. That was the beginning of the end. Wonder if the stupid 3 pillars presentation is related to Apache restructure into 3 pillars?

Is anyone left from old Apache?

Not surprising. FT was one a very few that might dare to question the motives and decisions of JC. JC is the absolute most incompetent, overpaid CEO in existence. He has nearly singlehandedly destroyed a once great company. Can his A&% you incompetent BOD then leave out the open door behind him.

Makes me wonder who is about to get promoted

That's a shame. I'd love to hear the back story here. FT was one of the only decent people at that level of leadership in the entire company.
