Poor HR management

In my opinion, HR should be the voice of compassion, reason and ethics, but that is not the case in this company. They should, of course, be the link between the company and employees to protect us, but they are not. They should help, but they don’t help at all. At least that’s how it is in my case, I don’t know if they ever helped you? I don’t trust them at all and I don’t know why these HR folks are doing such a bad job?

HR's job is to protect the company; they're not there for the employees. This is true of any large company, not just WD.

Seems likes lots of turning around and pretending that what is happening around us, is not happening. But it is and clearly HR forgot the “human” part of their job.

Guess how much they are paid is not comparable to engineers. Leave early if you could. It is becoming toxic.
