It happened again 9/30 - 20% out
Not a rumour it's happening. Roles being moved to Manila. "Cost Cutting"
Marketing and communications was impacted today
169 let go in US Segment today, mostly insurance

Seems it started to happen now. Manulife is letting go some folks in various teams.
