The company is recklessly ran from within. In the same year they had to lay people off due to economic conditions, Charlie and Eric took home more pay - lots more pay. This same year they demanded Directors to take a 20% pay cut.

The reality is the company has a sick culture built on pointing fingers and stabbing in the Back. As a mgr who had to layoff several it sickened me, the thought the fat cats improved their wealth while the worker fought to survive. Those lucky (?) to not be laid off were told to just do more with less and be thankful your working.

The economy will turnaround and the wool will be lifted. Workers will realize the cesspool and karma will smack this company right in the face.

DISH has a team of people that do very little and lick the right @ss you know who you are pretending to help retailers hahah and then wonder why you can’t afford a house or anything else. It might be because you don’t do much and have little to no value so you get paid accordingly. Hahha keep collecting those welfare payments from Charlie and pretending you have any value to the company.

they will get you eventually , every year they do the sweep and kick people out that had been there for awhile and make higher than starting wages only to replace you with someone new and getting less pay.

my advice is this, always have a back up plan , if you find something else better and have some sort of weird sense of guilt out of loyalty for the company ... dont just leave on your own terms rather than be kicked out without any dignity

If you are working there still, don't worry about 2021, getting out now is probably a good idea and it's a good time to do it, just before the new year and after the new year is when companies open up new job hiring.
