STOP the delay, give everyone a raise that hasn't had one in two years. If you don't have the money now, then the board and executives need to forgo their bonus , stock options and maybe even some of there super high salary till there is enough money.

WHY? You are earning what you are worth. In other words, you are just as useless today as you were two years ago. So why should the company pay you any higher? If you don’t like this reality, take your superior skill set to some other company.
Salary increase? You've got more chance of finding rocking horse sh–!
My DXC Manager who I work emailed my line manager and asked him to give me a rise as I'm the sole worker left on a contract in my country, (Rest have been bestshored) (Which has just been extended for a few more years) instead I got a one off bonus!
Beggars cant be choosers - if you want to stay because you enjoy your job or having extremely attractive compensation (Pension, health care etc,,) then stay if not leave
However its not always greener on the other side of the fence, many wages have dipped. (Many of my former colleagues took WFR and are now stuck on 30% less!
@3mki so are you happy to if you are told to lose your stock options, take a big cut , and then enjoy your job?
Dont look at it from your inflated palace, look at it from the majority of employees on he lower levels.
Your constant post about a raise are annoying if you think you are underpaid then go get a job that pays more money

Forget about that raise. Spend your time with those who appreciate it (e.g. family and friends) and slack off some more. The return on that is way more satisfying. It is a very important lesson I learned during the lockdown(s). Best part about it is that DXC is encouraging spending time on your health and your loved ones. So, go do that.
Whatever your smoking, you should share. Not going to happen. You want a raise, go get one, quit for more salary. Find a new position

Wishful thinking and 2 years?. Bonus and salary increases have been non existent in DXC even with a top performance rating every year. I think Management see a lot of senior people on their books and just want to p*ss them off enough for them to leave and not hang around for WFR windfall.
Agree with your sentiment but, sadly, it's not going to happen.
MikeS has been very vocal about having given out a lot of payrises already and the reintroduction of annual review next year, though frankly I don't know anyone who's had a payrise and there is no detail as to what these annual reviews will entail!
I'm hoping that I will get a raise next year, but no real expectation that it will be significant likely it's at least half a year off from now.......
