WOW,INCREDIBLE.I SEE THEY WANT TO HIRE 11000 EMPLOYEES AFTER FIRING SO MANY AND GETTING RID OF SO MANY LONG TERM EMPLOYEES.THE COMPANY IS USING ALL THE WAGE CUTS THAT EVERYONE TOOK AND REMODELING AND BUILDING NEW STORES.WHAT A TRAVESTY THE COMPANY IS DOING TO THEIR EMPLOYEES.NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER ALL THAT UP BY SAYING THEY WANT TO BE THE BEST PLACE TO WORK, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? BEWARE. BEWARE BEWARE,THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES.
Im the schedule writer for the majority of my stores departmente, including Aisles Online. Someone from corporate above store director decided to cut AOL hours 100 hours below last weeks order count (to make AOL goals it usually takes 1 hour scheduled per order, including pickup staff and backroom clerk, ex 100 orders usually requires 100 hours~ in reality it usually takes more)
So im excited to see how they possibility think we can pull off shopping orders when the former goals was difficult enough.
Since we usually have them at this time of the year.
