I got an offer and HR offered SA role for a project with US based client.
Wondering whether I join this or any other permanent role (they offer less of course).
Please advise

dont join. look at LinkedIn, you will see an exodus of people at all levels
Don't join Cognizant no job stability.Management has changed and they no more care of employee
For them you are a money earning machine you are off billing and they terminate you in seven week
