I left RR over a year ago due to the toxicity in the work environment. There was so much uncertainty on the future of the company and employees were becoming frustrated and stressed over the politics that were at play, among many other issues. Are things still the same or have they improved? Despite having left I still believe RR is a good company, it’s just being run by horrible leadership.

Wow, all these responses are too true. No good, and poor leadership.
Which country did you work in? Had the same experience, pretty much a ole' boys club. If you're not part of the group then almost impossible to move up. Even through the major struggles a lot of self congratulations and bonus/raises for middle/upper management.
Is there anything left of RR?
The last competence was in engineering, most of the good ones are gone. The management were always a joke.
I see they have their supplier awards this week. RR suppliers have the most important function in the company, ie to be scapegoats for all the poor decisions.
