Why get rid of so many of the best employees? People with the most knowhow and experience? People who it will take at least two others to replace? So many who were cut didn't deserve it while some of the constant underperformers are still here. Can anybody explain the logic behind this to me?

It also looks like in sales you need to be “very close” with Terry or you are in trouble. Wonder if he wife and C,s husband know?. Wow. Bottom of the ranking and she still stays!

“This isn’t your fathers layoff” I keep telling people. 2020 2021 is the great American salary dump. The best of the best are getting cut because they are expensive.
The truly odd part is how most of the top performers in 2020 (including the entire #1 ranked AD team) were let go while others that floundered near the bottom of the ranking reports stayed on. Mind boggling.
Amex is letting a lot of VERY strong talent walk out the door.
