Thank you for your context. Probably apropos for Pat to provide a look at GED financials which will provide comparison to a publicly traded company (C3.ai).

C3.Ai financials sure and marketing sure look like Predix circa 3 years ago. Oh and they have the same sh–ty custom one off customer projects profile too. Only thing they did was cash out better.
Do we really think there was a complete enough house cleaning ? Just asking...
Pat's role is to bring order and stop the bleeding. Bringing in the visionary is phase. Watch.
That is not what creates growth, you dumb*$$. That’s what manages costs and solidifies the status quo.
Did Pat do this presentation with transparencies on an overhead projector?
For All,
Pat has cleaned house and brought order/structure/organization to where it did not exist. The elements are in place for growth.
"Yeah we got the low profile Pat"....I was at GED for a the first 8 months of his tenure; there was only 1 version of Pat: "Low Profile" The guy is as inspiring as a flat tire. Sad, really sad....read "Lights Out; Pride, Delusion, and the Fall of GE" by Gryta and Mann....Pat and team are continuing write the final chapters!
"best he can with the hand he was dealt". Do you sincerely believe that? The almost complete lack of concrete action and forward progress in the EIGHTEEN MONTHS since he was installed into this position is almost unimaginable. It is time to stop defending him and start holding him accountable. I guess being a friend of Larry gives you a teflon suit and a criticism deflector shield.
Agreed!
Any sincere recommendations on how to profitably grow this “hand”?
He is doing the best he can with the hand he was dealt. Would love to be a fly on the wall when he is discussing GED (and GED mgmt team) with LC
Yeah we got the low profile Pat
Pat had to make you proud. He did not over-promise.
2 words = Success Theater.
My bad, I mean 3 words = Lean Success Theater.
It will be simulcast on Comedy Central.

Is Patty Boy doing this internally, or is this a public pitch?
Typical year end pep talk or more to be revealed?
