They advertise that you can make $10-$15K in overtime when you get hired or promoted and they’ve now limited everyone to 45 hours per week using intimidation tactics and folks are scared to say anything in fear of getting worse patches in February.

no othef company compares to SF when you look at the total compensation package salary plus fringe plus bonuses etc.
This is accurate. SF was by a mile the lowest offer I received and the justification given to me by those in leadership roles was that you'll make 1.5X your salary because of the OT component. I.E. say whatever you can to get someone in the door and watch their face of disappointment when they realize they turned down much more lucrative offers at other fast growing companies.
