I left over a year ago on good terms. I was just notified by my current company that my position has been eliminated and now I am stuck trying to start over. I am thinking of reapplying to Dean’s but the reason I left in the first place was due to poor management. Have things changed enough to warrant giving it a second shot?

I'm at one of the ice cream plants and NOTHING has gotten better under DFA. Myself and the rest of my coworkers dream of the day we can find a different job and leave this $hithole!
I dunno what plants you guys work at, but ours has steadily added volume every month...
DFA worse than Dean Foods? Still too early to tell. Yes, DFA has changed virtually nothing since taking over, but under Dean Foods things were progressively getting worse and worse. So things not getting worse but holding pace with where we were when we were at the bottom isn't an improvement.
You have to be a real ahole to start over there I’m still there for the ride in hopes it might get a little better but dfa is worse then deans I still can’t believe there letting sales run this company into the round again
No its same old same old and probably even worse. Nothing changes dfa is apparently a hands off management style. No leadership no innovation. Just keep losing accounts. I would suggest stay away. You left for the same reason you'd leave for again!! Good luck !!
