Why is CEO hellbent on work from office? Does he not value Broadcom Employees? Look at other tech companies which let employees work from home. People will leave post covid if they haven’t left already.

Absolutely right nobody give a s–t on you, except for the given RSU.
2nd ? 3rd rate?
Don’t kid yourself. Anyone that joins Broadcom knowing about the non negotiable rotation policy is LAST RATE talent.
People will leave after bonus and vestings for remote gigs. Mainframe keeps hiring more ex-IBM managers.
What do you mean by “lofe?” You mean loafing around? Bread loaf? Pinch a loaf?
My recommendation is f— your co-workers and throw them under the bus as needed. Its about survival until economy spins up 2nd half 2021. Nobody cares about any of us, certainly, not your manager or co-workers.... trust me..
Regarding working from home. He doesn’t give a sh–. He doesn’t trust people. Employees are a necessary evil. I’m shocked we’re able to hire anyone. From what I’ve seen the few people on boarding are 2nd or 3rd tier talent. People who are desperate. Nobody in their right mind would come to BroadCON. We’re stuck here until thrown out with the next wave.
