I was laid off at the end of November. More are being laid off in March. It was the the worst experience ever.

What about Freedom Region? Who has been let go there recently? I know several major offices have been permanently shuttered including the voorhees mega call center
This was the entire CARE Region in the northeast. Spanned multiple departments. They cut a LOT of supervisors and managers while VPs were unaffected. All to save some cash
Shut down all call centers, massive leadership layoffs. To save a buck. It's a shame
they laid off over a hundred leaders in multiple regions in the entire NorthEast Division
Many of them were amazing leaders. The ones who got to keep their jobs; many of them are good too but many of them are head scratchers (meaning...we were shocked they were kept on).
I think they picked who stayed and who got cut by personable likability rather than their performances
We also lost our entire LGBT leadership too from the cuts. So it was a bloodbath
Cuts coming in Freedom by the end of Q1
Chicago south layoffs are coming for the warehouses 1 st quarter...
Spoke to my old manager today. Best I have ever had EVER had in my entire career. Genuinely cared about me and the business, customer experience, and the customers and our reps - by far more than anyone I have ever known. Would work countless hours to help the business and our reps - even when it wasn’t in his job description but did what he could to progress the business. He wanted everyone in our region and division to succeed. Getting let go in February - pure shame. He may be gone but i - and we - will ever forget he fought to help everyone - reps and our customers - to make things better. But yet, he is thrown out of the organization when he fought to help for what was right every day. To me, it’s get rid of the good people to save money to get people that nod their heads to bad ideas and don’t help the business.
Sad to hear. Which department were you in?
