Stome indication from the HR team this week, that redundancies are on a glide path for the end of March.
To @Syta+18mXeaPi - can’t speak for everyone, but as a former Reuters, TR and now Refinitiv employee, most colleagues that I hear from greet the periodic purges like the return of a boring old friend.
I haven’t updated linkedin - and when I do, I’ll understand how to avoid notifying everyone. But updated or not, only a naive few will have any expectations of job security.
I see that many heritage Refinitiv employees have announced on LinkedIn that they have new positions at LSE. Does that mean that they re safe and will not be purged in March?
It was a wonderful speech this morning at the townhall. It was elegant how they worded how, in March, we will understand the full scope of the impacts to dedicated employees and their future AFTER helping them with the buyout to become one. FUBAR.
