We’ve had quite a few people leave our BU in the last few months. These were people who either had knowledge/experience or showed such promise. To say it’s put a damper on morale is an understatement. I’m starting to wonder if this is the norm here or just unusual behavior (and yes, I am fairly new - just over a year.)

More mass exodus this week PRISm
This has to be the worst comment on this board.
If i cared to take the time, i could give you 4-5 years of directives, threats, and budgets.
who has the time for that
Proof #1: LS was brought in to get the Global Development Centers going and he did with all events and attentions leaning towards appeasing/increasing/attracting BLR workers
Proof #2: all backfills were only allowed to occur in BLR in 2019/2020
Proof #3: SabreSync leans heavily toward hackathons and women in tech etc, but again mainly in BLR
Proof #4: WFA facilitates more easily preference to those working remotely in India
It began with the obvious end goal of offloading the company to India | @1jao+18mpB6Ip
Offloading to India... Please explain yourself, with reliable sources, rainbows from your arse don't count. Thank you.
Thanks for joining the conversation Sean.
After you were shown that your position does not matter after all nor your goals or effort, during furlough I think that's kind of most reasonable strategy to extract if you have tallent.
yes, we have lost some excellent people but we still have a lot of excellent people too. Reading through the comments in this chain you would think that some people dont know there is a pandemic and that the travel businesshas basically collapsed. I believe that Sean and team haev looked after us well during this time and I am going to enjoy my weeks vc this month
SM has been by far the worst thing to happen to Sabre. The only exception to that is probably the board which allowed it to happen.

What BU are you from?
Sabre didn't used to be that way, but once the leaders displayed lack of humanity and respect for the workforce, then the workers started looking for greener pastures. There is no loyalty at Sabre and a large percentage of VP and higher probably couldn't make it anywhere else
welcome to sabre. lol
