The ELT is Chock Full of Hypocrites

For years, PSX leadership has been all shoving safety down our throats. We have to sign cards that we are supposed to “proudly” display at our desks and include safety in our goals. However, we are sent emails about not gathering due to COVID and informing people to not come to work if you are sick (which is really a no brainer unless you are a brown noser trying to get something higher than a 3 rating), yet the ELT has a holiday party with +1’s! Either practice what you preach or show your true colors. Quit acting like you are on a high horse and PSX is the cream of the crop when the general public has no clue that Phillips 66 is its own company. We’ve had COVID related deaths and one related to workplace transmission. Now we have to answer an email before coming to work that no one answers and check temperatures which don’t protect anything. Garland and crew is all about pleasing those shareholders. The employees are just replaceable numbers. Hopefully he leaves soon and is replaced by someone who has the best interest of employees at heart.

As an HQ employee, I love coming on here and reading the ungrateful crybaby employees. You guys cry and whine so much about how you hate it here, why don’t you just quit? Do us the favor. Plenty of people rather be here and take your place.

Forcing people back into the office is the opposite of safety and anyone that can tie it back to the company from an infection needs to file suit. A LOT of companies with the kind of work from home technology P66 has have stayed out of the office most of the year.

Boo Hoo, You’re proof that P66 is filled with A-holes and their brother-in-laws. The guy was spot on about leadership. Safety is #1, until it doesn’t align with the business model.

Boo Hoo.. what's the matter you don't like that you have to actually work for your paycheck? I challenge you to find a company that cares more about their people. Ask the people in Lake Charles. It's unfortunate you slipped into our company. I for one look forward to your departure. BTW if you are going to complain about something, be truthful and honest rather than make up stuff you have no clue about.
