On December 31st at Midnight....

Someone will ring a little bell, and everything in the world will snap back to normal, you'll all get your jobs back, with pay raises, increased pensions, and management will treat you with utmost respect.

Sadly, more people than you think actually believe this, or something not far off this. Of course, they're the same people who, 3-4 months ago said the crisis was over and everything is going to be fine.

Maybe, at some point, people will stop believing in faerie tales and get a clue about what's going on in the world......

Drop the whole Coca Cola “family” or “team” concept and just explain to each employee that they are really just mercenaries under a temporary employment contract and can be let go in a heartbeat. That they and their families don’t matter.

All empires fall at one point! Along with Coca Cola it will be bankrupt in a couple years

Cuts are necessary sometimes. Without cuts, the business would suffer. I prefer a small number of employees getting let go to preserve the larger whole.
