Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Target SMG, DIR ,HR and MDs this co will get on track, provided TOPS are also corrupted and trying to take this co to zero

Your layoffs can stop provided we don't have corrupt old leadership. This company could have been a world leader but old people are the problem. Using new compliance and HR at their will. This has to stop eventually before this company sinks or spin off again. Integrity is the issue.

There were layoffs 3 months ago...

Are they doing well or is it just that they were able to barely capitalize on a huge opportunity with remote working solutions ... this is still a sinking ship. The fact that stocks are up is just smoke and mirrors to the fact that there is no enhancements being done and they are years behind the competition.

The company has had layoffs going back to the AT&T days in the 1980's which has continued with Lucent and now Avaya. When Lucent was spun off from AT&T in 1996 there were 150,000 employees and now 25 years later Avaya only has 7,900 at most? Never ending layoffs at AT&T/Lucent/Avaya are as certain as death and taxes.
