The GA DOL and US DOL will be interested in what's happening at NCR. Its quite evident that NCR has taken advantage of the covid scare to clean house of high salaries.

I keep see a job her in Columbia sc I can just about walk into with out training but they won’t rehire me, to I see the job gone and reappear every other month cause the people they hire hate it. Not that I really want to come back but it is a paycheck

For that individual that found their job, applied and was turned down. Go see an employment lawyer regardless of what you signed. You have nothing to lose.
Severance is dependent on years with company, I guess your personal responsibility, like single or married, have kids etc.. I say look for another no matter what. It not a matter if it happens to you but when. I rather a regular income than rely on severance and the stresses to find a replacement job. Age is also a factor to consider too. Harder as you get older. At 54 I was past up on plenty of jobs I could do. And considering it was a big pay cut I just switched out to something non stressful and standard 40 hrs
after being RIF-fed on 11/10/20, I appied back to a job posting on NCR's site for my exact same position and was told "We are not able to extend further consideration to you regarding this opportunity." What? WHY? You have a job posting that I'm qualified for...never even discussed salary... smh. NCR did do one "nice" thing and purchased career support for all of us that got laid off and when I told my "coach" that I applied for my last job with NCR again, they replied with "Would you _really_ consider going back to NCR ?" That was my wake up call... Heck no! I feel for my collegues who are still at NCR and hanging on by a thread. Hopefully they realize now what is coming for there IS ANOTHER layoff coming and they are looking real hard to leave. It IS better to find a new job when you are currently employed. Only reason to stay is for the severence , but the IRS takes half anyways, so is it really worth it ?
Add about 30 more jobs to that 77 in the original post. Look for your job, if you see it contact your lawyer regardless of what you signed.
I saw all the open jobs. Shame on you, NCR. Can a media outlet cover this story? Hard working Americans are being thrown out like trash.
Higher salary means more experienced and knowledge. Let this company crumble as you can’t serve all customers w/ a 23 year old Tech Grad.

The vaccine restored confidence. Will be pretty hard to prove. This is just callous and dishonest on their part.
