My sources tell me that the company they are breaking the company up into 4 units to be sold. That means lots more layoffs coming. RSA has no value as all of their products are old and tired. Rohit and Ted are the biggest id–ts and liars to the staff (theres nothing to see here it will all be ok). Those guys should not only be fired but they should blamed for the rest of their careers for the demise of RSA. It would be worth it if they were forced to make a public apology to the staff and say we failed, except they blame everyone else but themselves and will collect golden parachute money. So sad!

Employees are the most important asset of an organisation, not their products. Unfortunately RSA's management cannot see it. Every week I'm seeing on LinkedIn someone leaving the company. A pity, because many of those people were great assets. Many others are just waiting for their severance package.
Since 2016, the company is going downhill due to its poor management (more interested on bonuses than the company). A CEO who had no experience in Cybersecurity (but expert in selling companies) and a Head of Sales who had no experience in sales (but expert in M&A), were clear signs on what was going to happen.
I left the company some months ago. RSA was a great company and I was proud of being there. But everything comes to an end.
Ha! I worked at RSA years ago and not surprised. Ted is a clown. Get out while you can.
Good thing I never believed the "leadership", ESPECIALLY Rohit and Ted. Jumped ship a few months ago. I can tell you life is much better outside. The name RSA no longer means anything.
