Not sure I'll get any responses to this, but I'll try. Those who have left the company on your own in the past few months, how are you doing right now? Any regrets? I've been thinking of leaving for a while now but I'm still scared of ending up in a worse situation than I have here. The job I was offered looks great and pays well but it happened to me before to be told one thing during my interview and end up doing something completely different. I'd just like to know if others are happy with their decision.

No regrets. It’s my first job and I happily spent 12 years at TIBCO and then I found it’s time to move on. There was some nervousness and the WLB at Tibco was unhealthily great so I felt exhausted a bit at the beginning but after 6 months everything looks brighter. I never heard anyone regretted for leaving, volunteeringly or was let go. Again, time to move on.
O regrets at all. It was a good ride with tibco, but zero regrets leaving. Git better pay, better culture and better job security.
No regrets here. Tibco is sadly struggling. Job security zero. Take the offer
I don't have any personal experience but a coworker who quit about a year ago still has the job he left the company for. I know that's not a lot of info, but it's all I can offer.
