I spent almost four years in this company. I intended to leave it after first year but then I entered a comfort zone and, unfortunately, I decided to stay a little longer. However, the atmosphere as it is now in the company is extremely toxic and I no longer feel comfortable there. I’m also willing to go for a slightly lower salary because I can no longer stand the anxiety this place is causing me. However, it happens that despite sending a multitude of resumes, there is no result. I’m almost desperate. I just wonder how many more resumes I will have to send before some miracle happens. Sorry to share my personal feelings and problems with you, but I wonder if you have similar experiences?

I have gotten 8 interviews in the last few weeks... here are some of the employers that have interviewed me... Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Qualcomm, Hologic, Aji Bio Pharma, Google, illumina, and Johnson & Johnson. I do work on the business side. I hope this give some people direction on who is interviewing and hiring! Good luck to all!
Looking out the window and daydreaming,
All the what if's and why not's, but
I'd rather fail gloriously and march forward
Than shackle one foot in the glory days of the past.
If your skill set can be used outside of aerospace- apply outside. I got a lot of hits once I applied outside of aerospace.
I totally understand i am in the same boat.
You are not alone. Love my colleagues but there's massive anxiety in my org. Lots of us are sending out resumes. It is just a bad market right now so don't despair. Just wait til spring...
