Employees and coworkers have a victim mentality.

Rather than say “okay that happened, I’m going to move on”

They run to management and make the person look bad to make themselves look more competent in the job....

The bad thing is that management loves it.

If you throw someone under the bus, management will love you and even promote you thinking you’re competent then everyone else.

That mentality of people comparing this job to cancer is what is toxic with PayPal.

Management and coworkers have thick skulls, and are overly confident in their abilities.

Every week something new happens whether it be with our policies and procedures or with staffing.

Management is always given dumb projects they themselves have to do so their time isn’t focusing on helping the employees it’s kissing a– to higher up.

Everyone’s toe to toe with each other because they hire these money hungry jerks who will do anything they can to throw you under the bus to make themselves look better.

With a victim mentality, everywhere can be horrible. If you've got grit, even if you're homeless and are dying of thirst, hunger, and Stage 4 cancer you can face life with equanimity and grace.
