Some of our best people are dropping GSK and joining our competitors. There was always attrition, but I've never seen anything like this. The worst part is, I don't think anybody is trying to stop them. We are losing our top talent and nobody is betting an eye. Do they not realize how this will affect the future of the company?

I am part of GSK Consumer Healthcare R&D based at Richmond, Virginia and things look very shaky here. GSK is not investing at the Richmond site and none of the leaders who were supposed to move from New Jersey to Virginia have not moved and have no plans of moving. I believe they are already aware about the upcoming changes in 3Q of 2021 after Emma's spin off update in June 2021. The Richmond labs are outdated and most of the site is not operational due to lack of investment from GSK.
It’s across the organization. I sell Nucala and that BU is struggling to maintain share. The pressure and goals are unrealistic and everyone is burned out and disheartened. Half of my colleagues have accepted a position with competitors and I should have too. Believe me I will continue to look. It seems layoffs are inevitable.
