Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Low success sharing this year because they don't have the balls to lay us off

  1. 44%??? This is the layoff for Citrix 2021! A record year of sales and we only get 1.44%!?!? They want us to quit so they don't have to pay out severance packages and unemployment!

The leaders at Citrix care about NOTHING but their own take. I despise layoffs and I think your take is selfish and foolish.

However Citrix makes good money. There is no reason for such all the sh–e leadership pulls.!

There are rumours that Citrix will let go around 30% of their employees and human being will be replaced by a few robots in the near future saving a big amount of $$$

I worked there for 10 years and that was only because there were no other options in South Florida and they screw you as a result.

Once I moved to Austin, I had my pick of places to work and it's no surprise the same sh– is still going on there.

They have laid off a lot of people, and equally as many have found opportunities outside of the company.

They have high level plans of work force reduction, they are tactically bullying people to leave to avoid to pay severance packages. The attitude from most Directors and above is really poor, and the whole company has turned into a company of mistrust.

I am not really sure about the record sales you talk about?? Most reps I know, and I know a lot, have not done their target's. Unless of course the targets are so high on purpose to avoid to pay full commission. Well, actually that's probably it. Raise targets so high that very few reaches them to avoid to pay full commission. What the leadership doesn't understand is that most people in sales don't like to fail which is causing moral issues.

Really unhappy about Citrix becoming so degenerated, those SAP exec's has zero leadership abilities.

But the average exec bonuses were double digit. How is that for employee equity.
