The treatment of its staff at Charles River is some of the most disrespectful I've have ever heard of. This company treats it's staff like sh–. The pay below the average you would expect for the type of work and so the rate of turn over is astronomical. This puts excess pressure on all those who are willing to stick it out and those who do get little to no reward, recognition or respect from the "leadership". The only thing less ethical than the work done at CRL is the management.
