Universities should use the Milby shop fiasco as a top to bottom what not to do in business management. Then they can also point out that in the real world those responsible get tossed out, but in twirly swirly railroad land you just get reshuffled to another spot. The moral of the story is unless you’re a jock sniffing ,no self respecting, up the ladder, management guzzler of the goo, you have no chance at survival. Those who remain are those who have no spine, no testicular fortitude and frankly no options because they wouldn’t last 5 seconds outside of make believe.
