Thread regarding Principal Financial Group Inc. layoffs

I keep hearing from more and more employees about how the last year has been tough on them. There is so much going on inside and outside of the company and the leadership is making things harder with their lack of communication and their intentional lack of transparency. I’m not sure why that’s the case. I’m pretty sure that even bad news would be welcome by now if it meant moving from this limbo state we are stuck in. I really hope something changes soon because this is starting to affect productivity.
