So many people are leaving in IT and the PMO. Anybody know what's causing the mass exodus?

It seems like people are STILL leaving. This is so strange.
“Doing more with less” at Synovus just means that more engineers have to take on more workload than what’s manageable for no incentive. Employees are sick of it and I’m glad others in IT (especially ETO) are seeing that they can be better valued elsewhere
This is a ploy. It is a purpose driven shakedown. They refer to this in their meetings as “trimming the fat”
Has anyone actually looked at the IT leadership and determined if they actually have IT experience? Or does their IT experience equate to they use a computer? The mass exodus you are seeing is because the actual people that have built their education and career off learning an IT skill, have now noticed how incompetent IT leaders are and have decided other organizations have to be better than this.
I really wish someone in leadership cared about the answer to this question. It's horrible that it doesn't seem like anyone cares that people are leaving in droves.
Just look at the ETO leaders and you will have the answer to your question. The ETO leader and CISO have a bad case of little man syndrome.
Maybe due to the recent increase, “do more with less” mentality. Having to do that without adequate or any compensation is bound to break anyone.
