Well, I left Quest as I wrote about doing in another thread about 2 months ago and my only regret is that I did not do so sooner. My pay increased by 300 percent. Yes, you read that correctly 300 percent and the perks this new company offers, free gym, free EV hook ups and more is something I had forgot well run and profitable companies even offer their employees. Their HR department is amazing in its communications during COVID. And I work from home. Fun fact I never had to leave the house to interview and accept this job. The only thing I miss about Quest, other that the people, is the Christmas week off.
So if your thinking about getting out of Quest do it! There are lots of better jobs on the other side!
