Almost all the colleagues I enjoyed working with went to some other company. The best people are still leaving. I’m just worried about what all these changes will bring to this company. I understand that the best people are expensive for the company to keep, but aren’t those who come without experience, and very often without too much enthusiasm, even more expensive?

For a big company like cognizant it does not matter who stays and who goes. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing. It's all mess.
Hiring experienced people is just a show to the world. It's also helps companies bring different cultures from other companies. No stagnant water but a consistent flow.
It is like a stock buying from different portfolios instead of sticking to one.
From management standpoint, Cognizant is leading in the proper direction to sell as wholesale deal to Accenture !
