This is for employees who have been with the company for 15+ plus years: how many strategic moves, policy changes, slogans, buzzwords, or any other ideas that have come from management, have actually made a positive impact on our business? I'm really struggling here to think of any. Some of the changes just result in more work and frustration for us, others just don't make a difference at all. The last twenty years seem like one, long downward spiral.

Left in 2017, horrible company, lousy, cr---y, cheap, irreparable junk. Lost so many MIF, wish I'd never bothered. 27 wasted years, don't let it happen to you.
It's true. Doing things like buying failing companies time and again wasn't the best business plan after all. Should have let the companies fail and then picked up the pieces.
Glad I left as well. All the different slogans made me laugh. I was trying to remember all the different tag lines they had over the last few years, and I can't recall them. Must have left a very lasting impression. sarcasm
Oh yeah, we’ve been imagining change! Changing from a once great company to something unrecognizable! Glad I left. 😂
Agreed! ricoh has perfected the art of employee disengagement. They recognize a shortfall, whip up a bunch of slogans and made up words about a new exciting direction, some people get on board and mostly people skew weak results but overall turns into a big waste of time... lather, rinse, repeat. Long term employees catch on so got to force them out and replace them with rubes.... ever wonder why truly successful companies don’t spew out the PR Bullsh!t that ricoh does?
I couldn't agree more. The taglines are always a joke. They don't provide any new insight into a better, more profitable future. I'm guessing they someone feel better about the state of the business.
