Was a magical place to work for a time, I loved my time at Fab2. Had amazing Managers as well as some of the worst. Full gamut of emotions. Sad to hear they are exiting/scaling back emerging memory. Hope to hear someone is actually going to purchase the facility rather than mothball it like they did back in 96. Wishing all those affected the best.
Been awful quiet here lately. Guess Sanj realized they are about to get busted for laying off a mass of white males over 50.

Best thing about working for Micron is your next job. Each time you have a ruff day at your job you remember a normal day at Micron. Making $8 more an hour and having one third of the work load makes the rest of your life gravy...
I left over 4 years ago. Haha... I told ya so.
The situation you mention above is happening in many sites.
No sites is spared.
Nothing can be done.
Change job if you can.
Saw this coming, the best of the technicians/engineers/managers had already left with the questionable/unnecessary cultural changes brought about by upper management. Many who nurtured the site since it's startup were pushed out without an inch of gratitude.
