I've enjoyed my time at MetLife for the most part but lately it's been a bit too much about wrong people being promoted while the best people are being showing the door. I decided not to stick around and wait for my turn. Finding a new job was much easier than I expected, so if you're on the fence it won't cost you anything to start looking. Good luck to all of you staying, I really hope things improve once again for you.

What I have heard is that we are going to be working our ML claim files on our current teams. Begs the question of how long will it take to migrate everything over to Farmers? 12 months? 18 months? What happens after that? Does Farmers says thanks and your seen the door? I think it is silly to not be looking for other opportunities.
@enjoyed my time.... good luck and God Bless..... I looking to do the same!
I'm on the fence. No immediate thread of being shown the door, but definitely feel like someone has moved my cheese. Like my immediate manager, but feel like I don't belong anymore.
I am a bit worried about finding a new job, though. You're right, it can't hurt to look.
Definitely not using "MyPath", though. If I'm going to take a new job, it's going to be outside of MetLife. Not sure if HR gets that about MyPath – that it will cause people to look elsewhere. Maybe they do. Maybe that's the point.
Thanks for the encouragement.
