ELT is always out for blo0d. They will stab each other in the back and anyone that will stand in their way.
CEO seems OK but he lacks the support of those reporting to him. Previous CRO knows what's up so he bails.
New CRO she is technical and she couldn't even get it right on her previous role now she has moved on to Sales.....Watch the disaster plays out before our eyes.
Temporary CTO will do anything to hold on to his role and power you just watch.
Chief of Risk who has expanded portfolio wouldn't have a clue what Risk is even if it hits her in the face. She should stick to collecting stilettos and designer goods.
CHRO should go back selling fried chicken and tacos. He has no place in this organization. Makes you appreciate David Kuhl. Anything that is coming out of HR makes no sense.

Let's see how the April 1 salary increases plays out. I'll bet their excuse is: Company not making enough money despite making renevue in 2020.
Did anyone noticed that the new travel policy now allows the CEO fly first class? The ELT team & The Board Business Class? Previous CEO only travels economy. So you see they are good at looking after themselves and lining up their own pockets but regular employees that do the hard yard do get screw over. I have to buy my own keyboard, 2nd monitor and headset to work from home. I got told by my manager that there's no budget and be thankful that I have a job. No investment on our products that just s—s b@lls and we have been left behind by all our competitors and peers in this market.
Advice to CEO get rid of your entire ELT team and get a new one if you want ACI to thrive and survive.
OR
Like the original post said, sell us off and be done with it.
