Sell us off what are you waiting for?

This place is good at one thing, screwing it's most valuable asset, the employees. Non-stop lay-offs of good people. Remaining employees doing 2-3 people's job. Pay is miserable! ELT gets promoted despite screwing up time and time again. New head of commercial zero experience in sales but who cares about experience right?, replacement CTO is f#cking cluless and the rest of ELT is just as hopeless!

Zero f#cks given. ELT useless as f#ck, HR are puppets led by the Taco Man. Finance says no to everything, can't do basic budget and accounting. Shove your 10 shares up your a$$. Despite the Re-org and New ACI no one has a f#cking clue of what is our strategy and how we gonna get out of this hell hole they put us through.

Sell the company and put us all out of our misery.

@Dquk+19VdDd2M this doesn’t surprise me. I left a little while back and she was always clueless, but bullied her way through things. She’s terrible with customers unless discussing technology. Zero empathy as well.

You’d think with all her stock options she’d “retire” like Dan did. Time for the CEO to cut her loose.

Not sure MK is any better in her new role but at least she’s not a micromanaging b#tch

 @zkzo+19VdDd2M it doesn't take very long to figure out she is not up to the job. By our 2nd sales meeting it was apparent that she has no clue what's going on and some of her questions are scripted and not even related to what is being presented to her. Our Sales Leader in the region think she is an absolute joke so we just go about doing our own thing. Nothing changed, we still don't have any Leaders in this organization. The right hand still don't know what the left hand is doing. Lots of noise very little action or results. It's now Q2 and we are screwed again. The way we are going most likely more people will go in 2022 either by choice or not.

A new CRO coming soon? Then why wasn’t EA named Interim CRO? Why bother making the change? Doesn’t make sense. But then again this is ACI. The only way this makes sense was that she was put in the role and Odilon finally woke up and decided to replace her, probably after Sales all threatened to leave if she stayed.

So we now have CRO? Anyone heard from him or heard about him yet? Seems to have the right experience. Only time will tell....I wonder if CEO brought him over because EE is no way capable of delivering Sales revenue target. He seems to have worked at the same places together as the CEO. Curious......

I’ve heard her multiple times put down sales and sales people. I expect people like MK to become totally miserable as she will set unreasonable targets - without any experience on how they should be set - and then fire people who don’t meet them.

The CEO is weak and won’t do anything about her.

The board is weak and won’t do anything either, at least until Starboard starts pushing harder.

A true sales and revenue leader should have a high EQ, empathy, empowers their team through servant leadership and have experience carrying a bag. She has none of these.

@7uop+19VdDd2M - I completely agree with you. You should hear and see her during one of our sales meeting. If this is a real appointment, oh boy we're in real trouble!

Does anyone knowsif the April 1 merit increases going ahead? Heard nothing from HR and my Managers are not confident if it's going ahead at all....

@5zyr+19VdDd2M This is a person paid in excess of $2 million a year but complains every time she has to get on a plane, about how much traffic she fights from her home in NH, and about everything else. She’s extremely miserable and hates everyone including her children and husband.

So to the new board member looking at compensation, you should be paying for sales results, not for someone who does nothing but berate people, lay off people and not take accountability for her own actions.

I do actually wish that they do sell sooner than later. The CEO is in a very lonely position. All these ELT that he surrounds himself with will stab him in the back and take his role. CEO should have just got rid of them all and get new ones. This new ACI is not great. Not long from now, a lot of remaining great Managers and employees alike will be gone. It has been so political and toxic environment. The ELT will single-handedly destroy this once great company.

I don't think they would sell. Atleast not in the next 2-3 years anyway. So folks, we will go through possibly 2-3 more restructuring and 2-3 more years of lay-offs. Not sure I would be around to see great colleagues leaving for cost cutting excersise.

Dear CEO,
Fire your entire ELT team and get new ones. This is getting worst each day. Or just sell is sooner than later.

Just saw this and am amazed they put the person they did in charge of sales and revenue.

NOTHING in her background shows experience with leading sales. They’d be better off putting shoe lady back in charge as at least she took a short course on how to run sales.

The only way this makes sense is if they are looking to sell the company over the next couple of quarters. Otherwise you will see a lot of sales people leave for the competition, especially as things open back up.

@2mls+19VdDd2M simple CEO has no clue what he's doing either. He is relaying heavily on legacy "leaders" using the term loosely. Unfortunately, none of these so-called leaders won't go unless you show them the d@mn door.

Diversity: Let's hire the token black guy even though he has zero fr3@king clue what he is doing either. He should really stick to frying chicken. But we need to show "diversity". I got nothing against diversity I think it's great for any company. But should hire based on merit not because we need a token "diversity" person.

This place is in a real shambles. Good Luck with the sell and to whomever gonna buy this company.

What I don’t understand is how the new CEO puts up with them, or any of the ELT he didn’t hire. They are ALL horrible.

ELT is always out for blo0d. They will stab each other in the back and anyone that will stand in their way.
CEO seems OK but he lacks the support of those reporting to him. Previous CRO knows what's up so he bails.
New CRO she is technical and she couldn't even get it right on her previous role now she has moved on to Sales.....Watch the disaster plays out before our eyes.
Temporary CTO will do anything to hold on to his role and power you just watch.
Chief of Risk who has expanded portfolio wouldn't have a clue what Risk is even if it hits her in the face. She should stick to collecting stilettos and designer goods.
CHRO should go back selling fried chicken and tacos. He has no place in this organization. Makes you appreciate David Kuhl. Anything that is coming out of HR makes no sense.

Let's see how the April 1 salary increases plays out. I'll bet their excuse is: Company not making enough money despite making renevue in 2020.

Did anyone noticed that the new travel policy now allows the CEO fly first class? The ELT team & The Board Business Class? Previous CEO only travels economy. So you see they are good at looking after themselves and lining up their own pockets but regular employees that do the hard yard do get screw over. I have to buy my own keyboard, 2nd monitor and headset to work from home. I got told by my manager that there's no budget and be thankful that I have a job. No investment on our products that just s—s b@lls and we have been left behind by all our competitors and peers in this market.

Advice to CEO get rid of your entire ELT team and get a new one if you want ACI to thrive and survive.

Like the original post said, sell us off and be done with it.
