Im sure it was not like this when it was fully staffed before the sale. The proactivness through out the foot print was impeccable and the stats showed it. Less calls into the call center,less t.c. truck rolls, osp and the roc actually using soft tools to find faults in the plant. Then came the sale and volunteer packages along with an in house fiber build and then actual layoffs along with customer service shutdowns and forwarding the calls to an oversees call center. We can go on and on. Altice wake up and realize what you had bought and why you bought it if not than sell to someone who actually can run this corporation.
