Thread regarding 22nd Century Technologies layoffs

Do not ever ever work for these people. It is a Indian owned contractor that is all about their bottom line. The benefits are high and useless with huge deductibles out your pocket. There is no education offered at all and you have nowhere to go but down. Your skills will die at this place you can rest assured. They do not give reviews, and they let preexisting employees they pick up in the contract be supervisors that are not even qualified to be one. Many abuse it because a 22nd Century person hardly ever comes down, and to be honest that may not even matter. The places you will work in is a breeding ground for toxic work environments. They fire people left and right, and sometimes because a supervisor has it out for you because you may be more qualified than them as a threat. I have seen some really bad stuff here that appalls me. STAY AWAY - your welcome.
