Everybody should be looking for a new job by now. So many people are in a constant state of anxiety over their jobs and if that isn't a good reason to start looking I don't know what is. I'm not saying anybody should quit without having something lined up, but it's not going to hurt you if you look at your options. It boggles my mind that people are being miserable and not doing anything to change that.

Keep looking you never know when the right opportunity will open up. Don’t stay and be miserable make the best of a bad situation for now. Not only companies but some states also used COVID to implement draconian rules. I do not like politics but it’s what I’ve seen happen. My previous job just like the first post I was very successful but hundreds of us were let go regardless. Came down to money we all knew they made a bad decision and should have just kept their best performers. I’ve had recruiters reach out also but so far nothing attractive and I’m not working in NYC, my preference. Some of the people that came over with me to NCR were also let go last year and majority have found other jobs. They have a thing against us former Macy’s people in their words and have no idea how the account works to this day and it’s been almost 2 years. Sorry for rambling on.
Laid off today via RIF. b—s—. I've been at the company 12 years with a perfect record of success.
Trust me, there are jobs out there. I've had 4 remote interviews already since Jan and narrowed down to 2. Buh bye NCR
A lot of us are looking. the market's just terrible right now.
