JMS will claw back your unvested stock and anything else they can legally take. You won't get your full AIP even if you over-deliver, so no incentive to work hard during the transition. They've clawed back millions from its laid off employees lately. The family friendly culture is over. They've treated us like dirt since they severed us.

For a company that preaches about their awesome culture they sure treat their employees like sh–.
