Apache's personal hair removal game is PREMIER. Our management not so much

So spending some more of our last dollars and firing people to protect JC3? Sounds about right.

Anyone have a good strategy to get laid off?

Yep, settlement out of court, avoid depositions and investigation at all cost. Nothing will happen.

Just read the filing. I’m no legal expert but the case they’ve put together looks pretty damning.

I wasn’t asking about the suits being unique, I was asking how uncommon this particular situation is. Don’t corporations get sued fairly regularly for all sorts of reasons? I have nearly zero faith this will amount to anything. That being said, I think a settlement of almost any size would be enough to trigger layoffs.

Protip: Nair is way better for the nuts than a razor. Just don’t leave it on too long or you can scorch the scrote

Lol you half-literate clowns didn’t understand my post. (I assume the downvoters learned to read in Texas schools.) I said it’s normal to have multiple suits at once-in response to the question about whether the four suits are unique... The post right below mine.

Do you really think it’s four separate investigations that coincidentally all were announced today?? It’s the same case and it’s going to end up consolidated as one major case.

Of course I’m not saying it’s normal for a company to get sued by its investors.

Is this terribly uncommon or is this something that could actually effect a change at Apache? Our lawyers look over any statements or announcements we put out very carefully. How realistic is it that our statements, nonsense as they were, will actually be declared unlawful?

Basically I don’t wanna take a razor to my nuts if I’m not gonna get laid, you know what I’m saying? Don’t get my hopes up.

Normal? You mean for liars, cheaters and thieves!
Nothing about this particular accusation is normal for a well run honest company.

So apparently this is normal to have multiple suits filed, and the lawsuits get consolidated eventually.

Am I right, hearing it's FOUR different lawsuits???

What this will do:
A) solidify that Apache is “junk”
B) highlight yet again that JC is not fit to do his job, is a liar and is outclassed in the industry
C) keep potential buyers/mergers far from consideration
D) leave a dark mark on employees at Corporate and in the Field that should have known about this (doesn’t matter if you did or not. Should.).

That’s all if found not guilty.

If guilty: Gone Fishing!
