The company used to be able to say they wanted a one on one relationship with employees but with so little leadership, we are on our own. Our supervisors and managers don’t even care anymore or don’t have time to care. At our park, we used to have holiday lunches and dinners and at least some semblance of concern or appreciation from our VP’s or park president. They at this point are just cooperate puppets, bending to the will of a board that doesn’t value people. I get it, it’s a job and people will say “well then leave” but for many it’s not that easy. We all love the people we work with and the animals we care for but this company is going to keep going down and not because people don’t visit, rather because management no longer sees any value in their because asset, their employees
