I stopped by to see what’s going on in my old company. Judging by the posts, nothing new. Is it possible that they don’t even want subpar workers now?
ricoh has not wanted “fantastic” workers for a long time as higher tier talent costs money. Now they don’t even want subpar workers as they are going to a full on dealer model like xerox.

It is rather easy to see why so many of you were bumped off...your attitudes and outright rage and glee and the thought of the company going under...this is exactly why you were bumped off.....all this misplaced anger is going to give yourself cancer....Ricoh is not the problem, YOU are! Fix YOU and your life will get better.
No wonder Ricoh didn't consider hiring me when I applied and mentioned on my Resume that I was working for Xerox (at $14.25 CAD hr min. wage).
Good thing I got hired in a factory for $17CAD/hr and they don't pressure anyone to do the job of 2-3 people because it can violate the laws and safety.
They want cheap labor and it'll cost them in the long run. The younger/inexperienced employees don't know the business and don't care about it. It is just a paycheck to them. They'll just move on to greener pastures when the economy picks up again.
