Strike won't do anything. This is a ULP if you have a contract. If you are at will then it's a pretty big s&$# sandwich.

That was the altice plan buy one company in NYMA new York metro area and another one and lower the standards on field ops. And use the excuse of aligning companies Cablevision with suddenlink. Lowering the value of the north even though cost of living is factually different, Altice went and aligned Cablevision to suddenlink and look where that landed this company multiple towns calling for there franchise to get revoked by local governments, highest trouble calls and customer complaints...

This is such a Great company it’s managed in just 5 years to piss off employees to the point they go union and to piss off customers that they sue them not just a customer but whole towns . Way to go Altice

I have never received a penny over normal pay for working holidays.Nor picking up extra days.I hate to say it,but for me personally this is not "bad".The rest of you i cant speak for.Heres hoping theres an ammicable offer for everyone not just the few.

Nys law states 1.5 for hours over 40 .. so these ScumBa$$ walk that line !!! Just greedy scum that’s all that can be said , just like workers comp to 60 percent again NYS minimum..
